Responsible for Application Managed Services across the group. Nitin has vast experience from multiple roles including both vendor and client side and spanning multiple technology platforms such as IBM, HP , BMC and now ServiceNow.  

Nitin works closely with our Product and Consulting teams to align our service offerings to drive ongoing value for our customers through Application Managed Services which represents the largest BU within the Services Group.

His technical consulting background and hands on experience enables him to craft solutions that deliver value at speed while his infectious positivity is contagious for those he works with.

Umair is a seasoned Sales Director with a deep understanding of the regional market dynamics and a proven track record of driving business growth, Umair is instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint and building strong client relationships. His expertise in strategic sales, team leadership, and cross-cultural communication enables him to consistently deliver exceptional results for our customers.

Ali, our Technology Director based in the United Arab Emirates, has been with Quintica since August 2017. Prior to joining Quintica, Ali worked on the ServiceNow platform since 2010, initially as a customer administrator and later as a technical consultant for a partner. His extensive experience with customers has provided him with invaluable insights into transforming and digitalizing businesses to enhance their experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Ashish Nahar is an accomplished professional who began his career in 2007. Since 2011, he has been extensively working on the ServiceNow platform, developing deep expertise in delivering transformative solutions. As the director of product and solutions, Ashish has been pivotal in driving large-scale, complex deals for some of the most prominent organizations in the UAE and Africa. With a master’s degree in international business, 5X implementation certification, multiple implementation expertise, and extensive experience across telecommunications, banking, media, oil and gas, aviation, and healthcare sectors, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight, technical proficiency, and enhanced solutioning skills to his role.

With over 20 years of experience in complex I.T. environments in the public and private sectors, Shubnum has worked across various industries. She has an MBA with GIBS Business School, a Senior Leadership Certificate from Wits Business School, Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Investment and Corporate Finance from the University of KZN and various I.T. Certifications.

By transforming complex I.T. solutions into simple-to-understand business tools, she believes in simplifying IT for business partners, achieving business benefits and successful business outcomes.

She is a mom to a lovely girl and loves cooking, eating, reading, yoga, and jumping from bridges and planes for fun.

Whatever she does in both her personal and professional life is always driven by values.

After leaving his position as CEO of Dimension Data Middle East and Africa Allan was not finished with his growth drive and passion for transforming tech. Through a private equity deal in 2005 Allan became the second major shareholder of the Quintica Group and joined the team as Chairman of the Board.  Allan brings 3 main ingredients to the team: an infectious positivity about life, work and the convergency of both as a positive force for change, years of expertise on shaping an organisation and positioning for growth, someone who believes people are at the heart of any business and believe in doing Big Things with Great People.
