Certifications and integrated workshops that prepare
students to apply knowledge and techniques gained from

The ITIL®
Qualification Scheme uses a system that enables an
individual to gain credits for each exam they take.
There is no examination required at the ITIL®
Expert Level. Candidates must achieve sufficient credits
through a selection of the available subject areas (the
foundation, service capability, service lifecycle and
managing across the lifecycle).
Participants must earn a minimum of twenty two credits,
two from the foundation module which is a mandatory
first step, and five of which must be from the Managing
Across the Lifecycle (MALC) module which is a mandatory
final step. Once candidates have accumulated a
sufficient number of credits they can be awarded the
ITIL®
Expert in IT Service Management.
What is ITIL®?
The IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®)
is the most widely accepted approach to IT service
management in the world and has long been recognised as
the industry standard for IT Service Management. ITIL®
is an adaptive and flexible framework for managing IT
services and encourages you to use common sense rather
than follow a rigid set of rules, thereby empowering
individuals to make the best decisions for their
organisation every day.
Our ITIL® education programmes are a perfect

services, by extending the organisational competencies
to the individuals managing and delivering against those
services. In addition to all our courses being certified
by APMG, our instructors also hold the relevant ITIL®
