Quintica's data centre facility features comprehensive physical security, UPS, emergency backup generators, and fire Suppressant systems in order to ensure your data remains safe at all time. Quintica have adopted a 'Green Computing' strategy for managing the data centre, giving you piece of mind that your data is not only safe but managed responsibly. The cloud computing architecture allows Quintica to offer infrastructure services on a utility, “pay-as-you-go” basis. This approach negates the need to make large (CAPEX) investments in IT infrastructure. Payment is month by month (OPEX) and for only the infrastructure you use and need. With your server hosted on our cloud, you can access it from anywhere, at any time whilst having the peace of mind that it is hosted in a world-class facility.
Virtual Desktops – (Virtual Server)
or Virtual Private Server
This is where we take a powerful server and split it up into
smaller (virtual) servers, each able to run completely separate
operating system instances from one another. This allows you to
make the best use of shared hardware resources while being
completely isolated from other virtual servers on the same
physical sever.
With Quintica's cloud hosted VDS Solution, new servers can be deployed in next to no time. Whilst a lot of providers employ thin provisioning to optimize the number of servers they can host, Quintica's VDS Solution ensures thick provisioning of all servers to provide you with the reassurances that you have the resources you've paid for dedicated to you. With the flexibility of a virtualized environment and the guaranteed performance of a physical server your VDS can be scaled up or down as needed to meet your demands and as the servers are running in our cloud you only pay for what you use. In light of Quintica's in-house IT Service Management expertise, support services are also available at extra cost should you wish to outsource the monitoring and management of your server.
Virtual Office
Enables you to run any instance of your office on a virtual
server including office applications such as word and accounting
packages. This means no more investment in servers licensing and
support and no need for in-house hardware.
Storage as a service
Managing, maintaining and deploying Storage can be an expensive
task and take up a considerable amount of management time. With
Quintica's Storage-as-a-Service solution, you can utilise
massively scalable storage capabilities instantly, avoid the
capital expenditure and other associated costs and free up your
resource to focus on the things that matter to your Business.
With the cost of storage continuing to come down, procuring the
storage capacity ahead of the demand results in a cost per GB of
the procured capacity higher than the cost per GB for storage at
the time it’s actually consumed. With Quintica’s Cloud Storage
solution you only need to pay for what you use at the time that
you use it and can deploy additional capacity “on demand” to
meet the changing needs of your business.

Software as a service
We deploy software over the network allowing customers to buy
licences or seats instead of buying software and running this on
their own servers. Our leading ITSM software solution, BMC
Remedy or Octopus is loaded directly on to our servers allowing
the client to log in over the net.
